Suhav Toteja is a Senior at John P. Stevens High School. He is an active member of the JPS community and hopes to continue his studies in the fields of political science and finance.

Suhav’s Model UN journey began as a middle schooler where he found his love for debating global issues and has fell in love with everything MUN ever since. Beyond Model United Nations, Suhav is an active Captain of the Odyssey of the Mind team, plays DE for the Hawks Football team and has a stout love for eating at as many different places as he can.

Suhav has been a member of the national team for three years and hopes to serve you as Secretary General for the 18th session of JPSMUN. He looks forward to meeting all conference attendees, and is extremely excited to welcome you to JPSMUN 2017!

Arjun Menon Jayakumar is a senior at J.P Stevens High School. He’s extremely excited to be serving as your Secretary-General for JPSMUN. Being a crisis delegate since freshman year has taught Arjun the fine art and skill that is Model U.N.

Arjun hopes to major in Finance, and pursue a job working in the equity sector. Outside of Model U.N, Arjun is the founder of Middlesex County High School Democrats, the Vice President of JPS JSA,  and the Mock Trial Lead Attorney. Additionally he partakes in competitive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), as a featherweight.

Arjun is excited to meet all those attending the conference, and wishes everyone a productive, educational, and fun experience this October at the 18th Annual Fall JPSMUN!

Arnav Jain is a senior at John. P Stevens High School and he is proud to serve as DIrector General for JPSMUN. His MUN career began freshman year after he quickly fell in love with the art of public speaking and international relations. Taking a wide variety of committees, Arnav considers himself a versatile delegate that seeks to challenge and sharpen his skills as a diplomat.

Outside of MUN, Arnav is the captain of the varsity soccer team (hence the blonde hair) and has played the sport continuously for over a decade. He also volunteers his time for the Governor's campaign and SpeakUp!, a local non-profit organization that teaches public speaking to bright young minds. When Arnav is not doing any of these activities, you can find him watching Suits or listening to music ranging from Post Malone to Lil Uzi Vert to The Weeknd.

JPSMUN is more than just a club for Arnav, it’s a passion that he has developed through his years in high school. He believes that all members should develop that same passion if they truly want to be successful. Arnav looks forward to meeting and engaging with all the brilliant conference attendees at JPSMUN 2017!

Ram Patel is a senior at John P. Stevens High School. Though he started his Model UN journey relatively late, he can confidently say that he has just as much passion for this club as anyone else does. For Ram, debating global issues is more than just a club; it is a matter of making a difference. He strongly believes that each solution should be crafted in such a way that it can be seriously entertained in the United Nations.

Outside of Model United Nations, Ram serves as the RB for the soccer team, the president of the Science National Honor Society, the captain of the Robotics Team, and the CEO and founder of his own autism charity.  In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in Financial Engineering.

Ram is excited to serve as the Director General of JPSMUN. He can’t wait to meet all of you and see what you have to offer!

Devansh Chawla is a senior at John P. Stevens High School and he is extremely proud to be serving as one of your Director-Generals for the JPSMUN team and conference. Having been a hybrid delegate who can excel in both a crisis and general assembly environment, Devansh hopes to continue to utilize the skills and knowledge Model UN has taught him by exploring Computer Science and International Relations in college.

Outside of Model UN, Devansh serves as the Vice President of the Junior Statesmen of America club at John P. Stevens, President and Lead Attorney of the Mock Trial team also at John P. Stevens, and the CEO and President of a national nonprofit named SpeakUp!

Devansh hopes to meet all conference attendees and observe them develop a love and passion for the lifestyle that is Model UN. For all delegates attending, prepare yourselves for an intense and iconic Model UN experience unlike none other.
